From The Movie Partnership, the horror – The Inhabitant – is set for a digital download release on 14th August. Here’s what they had to say:

The Inhabitant, comes from Emmy award-winning writer Kevin Bachar and is directed by Jerren Lauder (You’re Killing Me). The Inhabitant stars Odessa A’zion (Hellraiser, Ghosts), Leslie Bibb (Iron Man franchise), Dermot Mulroney (Young Guns, Scream VI), and Lizzie Broadway (Ghosted, Gen V).

After discovering she is a descendant of the notorious axe murderer, Lizzie Borden, Tara is tormented by violent visions. As her nightmares start bleeding over into real life, she must confront her deepest fears and unravel the century old Borden family curse…
