From Danse Macabre, the psychological thriller – The Quarry – is now available to stream in UKI and ANZ. Here’s what they had to say:
Danse Macabre is pleased to announce the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand release of acclaimed psychological thriller THE QUARRY (a.k.a En El Pozo). Paula Silva stars as a girl who returns to her hometown to introduce her new boyfriend to friends and family, but as jealousies are revealed and bonds are broken, an idylic picnic in the countryside swiftly spirals into murder.
This debut feature by Bernardo and Rafael Antonaccio received its world premiere atBrooklyn Horror Fest and has screened in official competition at Sitges, BIFAN, Fantaspoa, Imagine, Fantasporto, FrightFest and Horrorthon.
THE QUARRY is the third instalment in a slate of award winning Latin American genre films that Danse Macabre has released in UKI and ANZ including THE UNBURIED, SCAVENGER and SNUFF TAPES.
